High Technology Standards, Great Culture, Good relations but need to be more selective about people

Pros

Great technology focus always open to best technologies can do anything attitude. Incredible works like programming language. We also built a very challenging cloud app from which I learned a lot. Mainly It was an eye opener. Culture was good too they never treat you as an employee but as friends. And mainly see work done than anything else. Patient yet very compelling when it comes to getting the best done.

Cons

They took wrong non technical people who did not contribute anything at all and took too much time to remove them. Should pitch mainly to good clients only especially foreign customers who appreciate quality rather than below average customers. In long term they are no use

No hierarcy every one is treated equal like a family member. Very high end technologies used and lot of emphasis on talent Hard work and talent oriented than degrees and marks Open liberal not much rules etc Highly motivated to do great things

Cons

Too much linency are advantageous to the wrong people which is taxing to good should be little control Training should be more better Legal agreements need to be strict so clients dont cheat

I have learnt a lot working here that has improved my skill set greatly. I enjoy working on projects and the training they provide is excellent far better than other companies. The office culture is friendly and cooperative. The best thing I like about Tycooz is that we are encouraged to be creative. I don’t see why anyone would complain working here. Everyone I've worked with has always been outwardly happy about the pay, compensations, benefits, perks and all the various pay scales keeping you chasing the ambitious ideals of the company.
