      Pros

      Lot of knowledge you gain working at here. There is lot of learning curve during initial stage.

      Cons

      Too much politics by old employees. These employees have created dependencies on themselves and they do allow anyone to take over.In short you cannot grow here. Learn and leave. Management creates hostile environment. They threatens employees. Learning comes at the cost of mental pressure. It is not worth working here

      1. Too much micro management 2. The management team has no knowledge, they know only how to give free speeches. 3. The old employees play too much politics and don't allow anyone new to grow.

      Too much politics and no quality work . Zero facility for employees. hike is too less. Overall its a waste of time to work here.
