Great first job, chance to learn about many different aspects of a project and gain experience every phase of a project.
Cons
It can get very challenging and stressful. Unpaid overtime. Juggling several projects and clients simultaneously. A lot of interior design, too much for my interests.
Interesting, busy, demanding, friendly. Mainly young team. Not typical 9-5 job. They were flexible on hours ( because of my childcare arrangements) and I sometimes worked from home which was really helpful. Open minded about gender, race, nationality, age. Mainly young and very diverse international team. For those happy to roll up their sleeves and get on with work, this is a very good company. Salary very good, above average, also Christmas bonus.
Cons
I like to be busy bot sometimes it was just too much. Juggling a lot of things at one time gets unproductive and stressful. As it is a small company there is a limit to how far you can grow here.
This is a small company, young team and good busy friendly atmosphere. The work is interesting, each job is different, most of the clients are international. From the start the owners / managers make it clear that the customers are their top priority and they do not compromise on that. The staff who took this seriously prospered quickly and were also rewarded financially. Pay rises and bonuses were good, but I suspect not everybody got them.
Cons
High-end residential is very demanding, it is always full on and sometimes (thankfully not often) long hours. For me, from my house in North London travel became too much, so decided to find a job closer to home.
