Pros

As long as you can show your worth and work hard there is ability for moving up in the company. They mostly hire within for new management jobs which is great. I find that the Tyler’s brand tends to hire people that are outgoing and friendly, so working with your coworkers is typically an enjoyable experience.

Cons

The pay, oh god the pay. I love working for Tyler’s but being a manager at the store doesn’t pay much more than the associates, just by a few dollars. If they care (like they say they do) about the good work and loyalty to the company, then they should be paying a fair amount.

Pros

The only reason I am still working at Tylers is for my coworkers. I love coming into work and being able to have fun with every one. That's about it.

Cons

The pay sucks. The management will say they will give you a raise, but conveniently are always too busy to sit down and discuss it with you. Not to mention, managers play favorites regarding who gets days off and who doesn't. As well, some of the managers were sales associate before and got moved up to a management position but have NO idea what they are doing. It's basically a joke if you're looking for a place to grow.
