Pros

Bangalore tyroo office is a new set-up, so the entire office is run by single person(monopoly). Everything will be bed of roses if you are his favourite else you have no place in the office.

Cons

No proper structure or ethics Very much influenced by one man and his rules - Kunal HR department is of no help neither Bangalore team has any HR

Great brand collaboration like Snapchat, Outbrain. Good colleagues to work with.

Cons

Too much politics. Bad work culture. CEO makes constant changes evry now and then, no appreciation for his employees, only feedbacks to everyone on what's going wrong. You are made to believe you are not worth it. Very owner driven company. Even top management look helpless. So much distrust between everyone. Some are biased leaders. Toxic culture, that everyday you'd be unhappy to go to work.
