      Good doctors, poor management.

      Good doctors to work with, good training opportunities (which become difficult to complete once you begin working full-time)

      Cons

      Managment is poor, excessive turnover (mainly due to hiring candidates directly out of high school, leading to a high school-like atmosphere and onerous rules for employees)

      The best day is the last day. Unless you like being treated like a mindless robot don't work for this company.

      Cons

      Paranoia runs rampant. Employees are not trusted. Not a human friendly place to work. There are even rules that you should socialize with co-workers outside the office.
