Pros

Something is better than nothing until you cant take anymore. On site cafeteria, purchases come out of check. Drug test don't include weed.

Cons

Poor management, highest turnover rate you'll ever see, unprofessional, pay not worth the labor, most supervisors quit too, unfair point system. Health plan sucks! Have to smell pot and deal with people you wouldn't outside the job. Training sucks
