During my time here I was over worked and under paid. During yearly and mid-year reviews we were told that nobody would receive high marks, just mid-level at best which made everybody feel crappy about the work they did in general. They 'never did out of cycle raises/promotions' but of course did it all the time for management level staff. Attrition is terrible. Management doesn't really know what it's doing. It's very cliquey. It's great if you're just out of college and need agency experience, but it's not a career-track company.

- Incompetent leadership with personality problems. - Managers do not know how to manage people nor projects. - Old-fashioned and dated style preferred. - Blatant favoritism exists: don't expect to be liked unless you are a white male. - Back stabbing and badmouthing is prevalent - if you are good at this, you will flourish here. Avoid working here unless you are desparate for the money. Everyone eager to leave.
