Pros

MISSION: It's a noble vision (one President and CEO Krysta Harden passionately believes in) to pave the way for U.S. dairy farmers and companies to export cheese, whey and other dairy products to Mexico, China and many other countries. Global demand for dairy products is growing because many countries can't provide enough for their own citizens. That's a big opportunity for U.S. exports. 401(K): You get 7% automatically, and they match up to 3% of what you put in! HEALTH INSURANCE: The Carefirst PPO is hard to beat. Low deductibles and co-pays, and, most importantly, after spending $1500 out of pocket, Carefirst pays 100% for network providers and Rx. This means if you have a major medical issue, you won't go bankrupt.

Cons

So much depends on the person who leads your team. A lot of political gamesmanship happens among members of the Senior Leadership Team and that trickles down.
