Pros

It was once a great company

Cons

New CEO has hired 250 k vice presidents to overcome his many shortcomings while the average guys works long hours. He has no clue how to run a plant. Why this man is still employed is a mystery. Ruined a great company that still has a ton of potential.

Pros

The benefits and the pay are the biggest pros. Some of the long term employees are great workers and excellent coworkers. Good place to learn about several manufacturing processes, you can easily become an expert as most of the staff have no clue as to the processes/equipment.

Cons

Work life balance is totally out of balance in this company, there is never any true time off. You will be subject to be called into the plant regardless of weekend, holiday, vacation, or sickness. Be prepared to work weekends and holidays. Management doesn't understand reasonable time frames or the concept of employees having lives outside of work. Old equipment which is kept in poor repair. Would never recommend to a friend, they wouldn't be my friend anymore.

Pros

Company has longterm business in mind. New management always has a positive outlook even in times of despair. Unlike old management they manage with respect not fear! Buying new Equipment shows they are improving!

Cons

Old employees are too resistant to change and will not let go of bad habits. Too much living in the past. Equipment is very ancient and it will take years and a ton of money to replace or fix. Tough road along the way to success that I know we will achieve!
