      Looks good on the outside but bad on the inside

      Pros

      Quality People, good way to get into insurance, good starting point for a career. Work life balance depending on position

      Cons

      Moral is very low, management doesn't seem to care about its people, no sense of culture, any personal improvement you have to do on your own. There is no team goal overall, feels like an every man for himself mentality. There is an extreme lack of communication in the entire company. Most people do not know what is going on at any given time unless they are directly connected to the upper management. Lack of talent at the top which progresses down to the bottom.

      Has Gone Down Hill Fast

      Pros

      Co-workers at one point, but most have left or were fired/force-resigned. Formerly there were happy hours and time to enjoy your “work family” , but now no one is in the office if they don’t have to be and doors remain closed and ear phones stay in.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible Upper management is unapproachable Huge target one each underwriter or producers back No internal company moral No communication between departments for events Zero trust in another’s team mate Every man for themselves No job security whatsoever - EVERYONE is replaceable Who knows where this company is going to end up, unfortunately. They could have stayed a big player, but now people wonder how long they will last.
