Pros

You are pretty much your own boss. Nice equipment, get your own company CC, smart phone for company use. They pay for hotel rooms 150$ or less. You receive a route each day and follow it until complete. WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS OFF. Great and friendly people to work with.

Cons

When traveling out of town the company does not give you per diem (this is only for drivers) other employees get per diem. It get way to expensive buying your own meals. They promise you pay raises every 6 months but they never do.

Pros

Fun place to work! Crazy growth means it is never dull. Great group of people to work with and for. The upper management genuinely cares about their people. This is rare these days. I have worked in the industry for many years and US Water has the best overall package of technology, equipment, and chemical products I have ever seen and I have seen a bunch.

Cons

Crazy growth means it can be a challenge to keep on top of things. I spend a good percentage of my time interviewing new hire potentials.
