      Pros

      This is a family owned business with strong values & morals that treats it’s employees like family. As an advisor, all sales leads, resources, support from management is provided to help you succeed. On a personal level, while employed here I went through the most difficult experience in my personal life. My managers & coworkers treated me with compassion, understanding & support as I went through & continue to deal with this. Flexibility with my work schedule, assistance from managers to help with current customers, etc. I never had to worry about my job. I will never forget this & I am forever grateful.

      10 years with USW! Great family culture! USW gives awesome customer service and dry basements!

      Pros

      Company provides the leads. The support they provide the sales advisors is amazing. My manager is always there and ready to help. USW has an awesome reputation around Chicagoland. Truly, the best sales job I have ever had. I have been with the company 10 years. There is a lot of longevity in all departments. Ownership really cares about the employees and it shows!

      Cons

      Not much negative to say. When it rains a lot we have to work harder but what do we expect., We work In the waterproofing business.
