Negligible pros. Easy to get this job

Cons

All cons. This company has a bad hierarchy, technical manager and HR manager are the most unprofessional colleagues i had till date in INDIA. The work culture is toxic and they dont even compensate well. Work politics are so disgusting. Even the higher Japanese management is unprofessional to work with.
