UAH specializes in managing Tax Credit/HUD properties. The corporate office was supportive of their properties in providing information, assistance and other issues that may arise in property management.

Cons

The pay is inadequate for the demands of the position.

Poor equipment leads to poor performance. Compliance director dresses very unprofessional and inadequate. President, manager, supervisor use foul language too often.

Some of the people have been really great to work for

Cons

No to little training, compliance is terribly slow when it comes to reviewing and approving paperwork, UAH has no qualms about letting properties that they do not like fall to the wayside with no reports to the owner, and they are perfectly happy firing whoever they want without notice or write-ups
