The place for someone to start his career after the BSc or MSc degree or for someone to retire soon
Pros
- having fun - flexible times - nice area to work - no strict deadlines -27 days of holidays
Cons
- forget the career progression, the company works ONLY with european projects which are full of documentation and burocracy. UBITECH just handles this documentation process by copying and pasting information from one doc to the other which will cover the deliverables wanted by the EU project officers who dont care really much to be honest. - the job description is totally fake, they promise you tasks that they will never do and you will be staying there in front of your screen doing literally nothing because they dont have anything to assign to you, especially in the software engineering department that they pretend having one - no leadership and hierarchy at all, there are not managers, there are not senior persons to take the responsibility on something that the company promised to deliver. the senior management advice is usually "find the solution by yourself and it's ok, relax, dont care too much" - if you really think to improve your career, just stay away and if you had a dream to be hired by a public sector company and it never came true, then UBITECH is your place. - is it random that suddenly a lot of "excellent" submitted reviews are in January 2021? fake, fake, fake
