Pros

- having fun - flexible times - nice area to work - no strict deadlines -27 days of holidays

Cons

- forget the career progression, the company works ONLY with european projects which are full of documentation and burocracy. UBITECH just handles this documentation process by copying and pasting information from one doc to the other which will cover the deliverables wanted by the EU project officers who dont care really much to be honest. - the job description is totally fake, they promise you tasks that they will never do and you will be staying there in front of your screen doing literally nothing because they dont have anything to assign to you, especially in the software engineering department that they pretend having one - no leadership and hierarchy at all, there are not managers, there are not senior persons to take the responsibility on something that the company promised to deliver. the senior management advice is usually "find the solution by yourself and it's ok, relax, dont care too much" - if you really think to improve your career, just stay away and if you had a dream to be hired by a public sector company and it never came true, then UBITECH is your place. - is it random that suddenly a lot of "excellent" submitted reviews are in January 2021? fake, fake, fake

Pros

Good salary because of European projects

Cons

1) If you are young and you want to learn new things and broaden your horizons, this company offers you nothing. Most people working there don't have software skills and they just write proposals for European Union without technical knowledge at all. 2) There are misunderstandings between "units" because they earn bonus with proposals and this leads to a bad work environment without cooperation between teams. 3) Lies in job postings. There are no state-of-the-art technologies. Actually there are no technologies at all because the technical work that has to be done is minor. The purpose is just writing lies in proposals for European union without developing anything. 4) During covid, they couldn't handle remote working and all the people were there in danger. They didn't also provide masks in a sufficient amount so they risked all people's health.

Pros

Trustworthy, honest, open-minded, communicative, understanding. Really great employment find in Greece. Am very pleased and hopeful as UBITECH sets a strong example for other Greek businesses to adhere to.

Cons

There could always be an improvement in organizing with having a solid chat platform and a task management system. At the place of work, there could be bigger mugs for tea and coffee :)
