      Free lunch and you're given the tools needed to do you job

      Cons

      Very high attrition at all levels due to little respect for employee’s time/well-being from the top. You're expected stay until 6:30 every day regardless of work load. Relative to the rest of the industry the pay is below market. Originators do not receive a bonus - although everyone else does. The bonuses are consistently lighter than advertised too and the benefits are poor as well. Leadership is uninspiring and forced/awkward when trying to be. Flimsy ethics. Lending programs are not what are advertised and re-trading borrowers before closing is common.

      This is a clearly disgruntled employee that wants to burn bridges and spew false information like it was true. His comments are false and have no basis.
