    The work environment is pleasant, you meet a lot of different people from very diverse backgrounds. There is always something to learn and keep you challenged. Definitely a place where you can grow if you have an interest in healthcare.

    Staff are very negative and not open to change

    Pros

    I can see why they are #1 in California and #7 in the Nation. The provide you with resources most hospitals do not have. The care the nurses and employees have shown to patients differ from other hospitals.

    Cons

    No complaints because they were great employers.
