      Pros

      Incredibly flexible position - choice of whether to work on site or at home 3 days per week, flexibility in how to meet monthly billable hours.

      Cons

      Staff outside of behavior department were only looking at ABA to get rid of problems, for behavior reduction. Collaboration across departments was difficult.

      Great place for longevity, you will meet wonderful children and can make a differece in their lives. Great team work and good leadership.

      Cons

      Long hours during crisis. Catchment area is wide, so you can have long areas to travel. Mileage reimbursement was far behind other agencies. Damage to your car from miles.
