I was supported by my coworkers which made working here less miserable.

Cons

It’s frustrating getting anything done here because of the leadership. They’re prideful, arrogant, and stubborn. They care more about being right than doing a good job, which translates to them refusing to listen to feedback and suggestions, focus on blaming people instead of finding a solution whenever problems arise, and tell employees how to do their job even if they have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about.

It’s not difficult to get a job here. These people are looking for the cheapest resources and can hire anyone.

Cons

Project quality means nothing to the awful leadership. These arrogant people are so money hungry that they assign important project work to recent grads who have no experience. It creates countless stressful situations and chaos. It hampers project quality considerably and impacts business reputation. It also leads to a negative work ambiance, which I quit gladly.

Projects were varied and kept things interesting.

Cons

Offering critique, even when asked for it, resulted in tension and defensiveness. Leadership wanted affirmation, not actual insight. This made design reviews unproductive and strained collaboration. I eventually stopped contributing beyond what was required.
