      Flexible culture. Approachable, helpful, and experienced professionals at all levels. Reputable and honest product, so it is easy to sell and operate when pricing is good. Committed to ethics and compliance in business practices. Most of the leadership is great to work for. Overall a great career opportunity for anyone in a related field.

      Cons

      The large corporate structure is great for security and opportunity, but every business unit and subsidiary feels the pain if one underperforms. Good, experienced people leave for lack of career path or pay raises because this part of the culture is rigid. This can leave resources thin and stress levels high for periods of time.
