- Variety of tasks from very small graphics to high quality designs. - Salary always comes on time - HR is always available to listen to any issue - Team leaders are very supportive - Office boys are always available to help

Cons

- Communication issues with clients due to multiple mediums - Very few client interactions - WFH is very rare to be seen - 10 hour work shift with 9 hours of mandatory billing - Only 1 casual leave per month. - Instant Leave leads to double money deduction
