Too many cover ups when things go wrong A lot of favouritism The occasional borderline inappropriate innuendos from certain senior leaders in the company Terrible regard for our daily lives - changing the rota multiple times within a short time frame. Constantly want you to go above and beyond for the company ie stay until 10pm on extreme occasions but they do not even extend the same to their staff Look at staff like cattle/numbers instead of human beings I could reel off a 100 more cons but unfortunately I have things to do but overall just a really negative place to spend 40 hours a week at, the type of place that puts you ruins your whole week before it’s even started.

You will give your time and effort to this company, only for the management to steal credit and write their names across your hard work. You will receive no promotion unless you are apart of the group that was running the Covid laboratory. Terrible work life balance, your time is not your own with the shift pattern ranging from Monday to Sunday. If you offer improvements or speak up to the defence of your colleagues you will have a target on your back and be pushed out. You will be treated like a disposable resource and number. The management will treat you nice until you no longer fulfil their role they have for you, take credit and give roles and positions to their friends. You will not be treated like a working professional who is trusted with their own time and duties. You will be monitored on how often you go to the toilet and your break times with be documented. Was treated like a machine not a human being. The management has no previous experience in the field, fresh out of university and graduates with 6 months experience within Covid. The blame culture starts from the middle management and bleeds into both ends of the hierarchy.
