      Pros

      HR and Receptionist are awesome. Will help in anyway. The non-managerial staff was very informative and helpful. Great benefits because they are a USAA company.

      Cons

      Management in closing is awful, no direction. Lack of communication between teams. Their is no structure or workflow. Just an awful place to work.

      Big break room, 1 hr lunch break

      Everything. Not enough training which makes the job impossible if you don't have enough experience and also means you get yelled at a lot for making mistakes that aren't your fault. Might have 5 or 10 minutes to look over a 50 page document and proofread it before it gets sent to the client. If you miss any mistakes, you get yelled at. Co-workers were nice to my face but I found out they talked about me and made fun of me and laughed about me the minute I left the room. Management knew and didn't do anything and they didn't get fired. In short, extremely stressful, impossible, and undermining.
