Amazing teachers that love students, very supportive administration, great kids who are (mostly) motivated to be there, shortened work day means discipline problems are minimal.
Cons
Below poverty wages! Seriously, you have to think of this job as a hobby because you would make more giving out smiley stickers at Walmart! If you calculate the amount of time it takes to prep and grade for each class, you're making less than minimum wage.
