Pros

Remote work, Equipment provided, No weekends,Holidays

Cons

All they care about is metrics, They had one that rewarded you if you hang up on the provider call before they do. only gave 7 seconds inbetween calls which does not allow you to put in your phone notes let alone fill out and submit adjustments for providers. Was Told thats the Providers fault for not filling out forms correctly. Does not care about work life balance. Impossible metrics will make you feel like your are constantly in danger of loosing your job. So much work you just dont focus on completing tasks which is how they want it. the longer you make the provider wait, the past due date will come and they cant make adjustments and dont get paid. Terrible company overal as its apart of united health care which is the spawn of Evil and stand for everything wrong with health insurance. DO BETTER
