the scientology training material is weird. clearly designed to get you into scientology. You start with a childrens book that teaches the scientology way of "learning" (actually just hypnotism)
upper management is all scientologist and have esoteric language and procedures
upper management was liable to blow up and yell about things
definite favoritism towards fellow scientologist employees
they measure your productivity in "stats" which is a wildly inaccurate indicator of how well you perform your job function
too much of L Ron Hubbards management system which is hilariously simple yet complex and was written at least 40+ years ago
