Relatively easy work after training, just drive and either pick up or deliver once per day. If picking up, just clean and load. If delivering, calibrate equipment. Pay is slightly above average. Company pays for any work-related expense (overnights, boots, etc) as it should be.
Cons
Schedule is horrendous. Could be only morning, could be only afternoon or night, could be a combination of both. Almost as if on an on-call doctor's schedule without the pay. Worse part... as soon as a change happens in the company and you're no longer needed, you're laid off immediately with no advanced warning.
If there were any pros of working there they are long gone
Cons
No direction from management, keep you constantly on your toes due to lack of days of working . Very unstable work environment. Guarantee layoffs at some point every year. Usually around Christmas
