This job offers incredible flexibility, allowing me to balance my family life while pursuing my passion for real estate. Working from home is a major plus—it gives me the freedom to manage my schedule and stay productive in a comfortable environment. As an apartment locator, I truly enjoy helping people find their new homes. If you work hard and really listen to your clients, you can be very successful in this industry. I’ve personally achieved goals this year that I didn’t expect to reach as a new agent. Management is always available to answer questions and provide support, no matter your level of experience, and my coworkers are kind, encouraging, and eager to help. Their advice and teamwork have made a huge difference in my growth and success.

Cons

You’ll work with many different client personalities, and it can take patience to adapt to each one. While you always strive to make every client happy, occasionally you’ll encounter someone who’s difficult to please. The key is to stay positive, keep your head high, and continue moving forward.

This company has always encouraged it's employees to have work/life balance. They allow you to set your own schedule, take your PTO whenever you like and always pay you on time.

Cons

If you're hoping to sell real estate on the side the support is limited. While they belong to the board of realtors so you can sell real estate on your own time if you like, but you're on your own.
