Worked with an incredibly talented, hard working team of people. Great idea, love the urban development issues they address. Led by committed progressive thinkers who like out of the box solutions.

Overwhelmed by bureaucracy that delays payments and contract processing.

Good overall mission, apparently ''leaving no one behind''

Cons

No long-term contracts, zero benefits and working tools for its consultants, no training or career development opportunities, lack of transparency in some processes. Most important, several members do not show concern for inclusion, while it should be an important principle for the agency.
