Pros

Great connections, interesting people, diversity of work

Cons

Not a lot of funding compared to other UN orgs, hiring too many consultants, should pay interns!

Pros

Good overall mission, apparently ''leaving no one behind''

Cons

No long-term contracts, zero benefits and working tools for its consultants, no training or career development opportunities, lack of transparency in some processes. Most important, several members do not show concern for inclusion, while it should be an important principle for the agency.
