Great leadership from the top down. Creative, collaborative team culture. Great work/life balance. Great perks like team-bonding every week (during office hours).
Cons
Nothing to complain about. The work is great, the people are great, and it's in a really cool part of LA.

management is communicative and engaged, company t-shirts are super comfortable, hosts regular company bonding exercises and team events, great co-workers with positive attitudes, friendly clients, management is focused on professional development, flexible vacation time and great benefits
Cons
