mandatory overtime required without notice

Poor communication from management to employees. Employees are expected to figure things out on their own. Certain employees are allowed to get away with not doing work, sitting down all day, and coming in late/leaving early. Unfair treatment and disrespect from management. Voices not heard when employees try to speak up about how things are being done. Dedicated employees are taken for granted. Short term employees are offered high raises while long term employees are offered nothing. Management holds meetings with employees to tell lies about how situations are unfolding. Morale is so low that most employees are looking to leave. Toxic environment. Overall, management needs a lot of work in certain departments.
