      Pros

      Clean, climate controlled, normal 8-5 schedule. No other pros.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement. No pay increases, be it merit nor cost of living. Management goes to great lengths to leverage your experience and skill to their benefit to get more contracts. (So far as to REQUIRE your resume' be on THEIR letterhead!!) Lip-service and block-checking management.

      Pros

      There are none. Their office is nice. That's just about it.

      Cons

      God bless anyone who chooses to work here. There is a reason most employees leave within one year. The company lacks direction and does not fulfill promises. Offers "training" and then it is not provided unless required by the customer. Even the executive leadership has a high turnover rate. Offer "free" health insurance but beware because co pays are high. As I've asked around I've learned they have lost a majority of their projects and have poor delivery so if you have to go on the bench you might as well leave because they won't be able to backfill you.

      location is only pro, other then that this company is horrible and not even worth any experience, please save yourself!

      Cons

      This company is garbage, they mistreat there employees, they hire low experienced people in high position just to save money. Thye higher majority INDIAN people and are racist. Management is no help including HR, OWNER is horrible!
