Great people and easy-going culture make for an enjoyable place to work.
Cons
Lack of organisation-wide PMO function means disjointed approach to achieving company goals and strategy. Parent organisation UNSW sees UNSW Global primarily as a cash generator, but does not focus on incubating and investing in new ideas in order to sustain cash flow in response to changing market forces.
