Very unstructured environment for development or in business aspects over all. Market managers seem to not have basic understanding of how to manage a market, Store managers are not equipped or trained to run basic reports LP, payroll ,vacation requests , overall margin reports ,etc.... Many market managers and store managers hire based on how attractive you are and that mentality is repeated by management. They are slow to correct any issues such as work performance, racism, harassment, favoritism and much more basically it’s swept under the rug if you’re attractive and the Store manager likes you despite your lack of performance.
