Pros

Regular staff members. Patients were also a pro.

Cons

This was the most disappointing company I ever worked for. The disorganized onboarding process to the daily job was mind blowing. It started off rocky, I made it work. Then on November of 2023 they ran out of money and stopped paying staff on time. We held on until March when an article about them in the Victor Valley News broke out about the issue, then they let my entire department go, and replaced us with someone from their corporate office. They lie, cheat, and steal. They’ve filed for bankruptcy, plan to close all High Desert offices, and rebrand in the LA and OC market. It’s BAD! Save your sanity and go somewhere that actually will pay you and care about your mental health. The remaining executives all live at the beach, drive nice cars, and are paid regularly. They will work you to the bone to afford their lifestyle. Slave labor!
