      Pros

      I've been able to set goals and push in the direction of growth. Love the flexibility and compassion as I navigate this thing called life. I am excited to have achieved several accomplishments during my time with this company. I look forward to continuing to grow professionally with UPIC. THANKS for creating actionable goals for the team. Not to mention hour lunches unlimited PTO paid holidays simple IRA plans free health insurance.

      No cons I enjoy working from home and the flexible schedules .

      Promoted teamwork, remote flexibility and work/life balance. Shift are accommodated with flex schedules, and overtime is offered.

      Staff wee like robots, the leads were aggressive towards agents

      Pros

      I have worked at UPIC for 6years and have learned so much about managing people and small and large businesses. The CEO has allowed me to find my style while still getting it all done.

      Cons

      Sometimes working from home can be very isolating. I try to keep in touch with my coworkers on a regular basis to keep that at a minimum.
