Cons

Non supportive senior management/executive leadership. Inexperience middle management. Constant downsizing/reorganizing has eliminated any company culture that previously existed. Inefficient marketing, stemming from divisiveness between sales/marketing departments. Zero HR support. This section could be a 300 page novel.

None that I can think of. Any positive thinking employees were let go due to constant micro and mismanagement

Cons

Unattainable expectations, constant micromanagement, employee mismanagement, transparency was completely nonexistent, HR answers are a nightmare, they have lost the key accounts team that shaped the success of the company.

Funds were limited due to owners maxed investments over past 8 years. No National Chain support or marketing to help with brand awareness.
