Working from home, that is literally the only "pro."
Cons
Absolutely everything about working here was a CON except for being able to work from home. I started with the company from the beginning, and spent 2.5 years with them, sincerely doing my best to help it grow. Management lacked something fierce here and there was never any consistency as an employee. In the end, they truly screwed every current employee they had at the time. Snakes, that's all this company is comprised of. And from a CEO who claims to be a Christian too. Shameful.

No pros to this company at all. Dishonest people, no communication or ethics.
Cons
Everything changes, new management is a joke, no communication only power trips. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, it just pays to be friends or family with the owner Mr.Young. No money to be made, just false promises. Owner pockets everything and is tied into every company we take calls for. Commissions are decided by him, not the other companies and our already low pay has gotten worse.
