Pros
Had a very smooth experience in URA, I was a part-time and workload was very manageable, and given plenty of time to study the new framework and new programming language. Senior Staff are very friendly and easy to talk and asked any questions. Back in my time, it was 2 work from home days, not sure if it has changed.
Cons
Wished there were more engagement with my supervisor to learn from him
