Pros

Amazing product! Despite the product being brought to market well before Lime and Bird, URB-E is in no way shape or form able to compete with these companies for market share in the Last Mile market

Cons

I think the company is falling apart. Please don't take my word for it. Talk to the employees yourself. Ask them about the abnormally high employee turn over rate, current status of the founders, sales growth year over year, or better yet, ask about the company's goals over the last 3 years and how well they performed against them. I believe you will come to the same opinion we that have left have come to. Overall, consider this and all the other negative reviews a warning.

COMPANY GOING UNDER: CEO'S INCOMPETENCE Has Tanked the Company.

Pros

Awesome team, excluding the CEO. Amazing Product.

Cons

In the past month our founder/inventor, our chairman of the board, our head of sales and marketing, and our creative director have all left due to Peter our CEO. The employees that are left at the company have begun to look for employment elsewhere as it is extremely obvious that URB-E is going under. The CEO pulled the wool over everyone's eyes, including our investors. He tricked everyone in to thinking he knew how to run a company but in the end his overwhelming incompetence and horrible treatment of our employees caught up with him and sadly this amazing team and product had to suffer the consequences. Due to our CEO's incompetence, bullying, lying, fear mongering, and manipulation this amazing company is going under. At one point the bullying and fear mongering got so bad, our former head of operations had to ban our CEO from our production facility. Our CEO would threaten to lower employees' salaries as a scare tactic so employees would perform better. Last year he attempted to cut all salaried employees salaries by 50% when the company had run out of money and he was too ashamed to go to our original investors and ask for money to keep us in business. Our head of sales and marketing and creative director had to explain to him that what he was doing was illegal and wrong, in order for him to put everyone's salaries back to normal. His complete lack of vision and inability to close a single significant deal in 3 years to fuel growth has also led to this company's demise as well. Year after year we're suffering from the same issues: money is low, out of inventory, extremely low morale, zero faith in our CEO.

Pros

The product is really a game changer.

Cons

Management. Surprise lay offs, no severance pay, no heads up that you're getting laid off. They pay their sales team more than the people making their product.
