      Need to manipulate self and others mindset in a very rigid way All failures are considered due to negativity (will not find out or accept other reasons) High comm or higher lever of leaders do not really help in solving problems (not all)

      UR Group HQ has given high incentives to employees thatare able to hit a certain target.

      Cons

      As UR Group HQ is still expanding its business, they didn't provide a proper working place for Customer Service employees. we does not have our own table and private place.
