Pros

I liked working with the company because of the competitive pay and the ease of their computer system. I worked in a small office in a nice area and the customers were greats. One full hour lunch break. Rotating Saturdays.

Cons

The office equipment could use some updating. Computers were old and often froze. There is also no way to get a hold of an individual office. You have to call the 1-800 number and try to get transferred, But that doesn't always work. Also very very hard to get a hold of claims.

Unprofessional and unorganized

Pros

The pay is decent, comparatively, in the non standard insurance industry for employees

Cons

Unorganized, unprofessional. Like most companies who know they have a monopoly, customer service and employee morale seem to be last on your list as employers.
