      Pros

      Pay is excellent- even though it is a Shadow Army Agency. Other agencies DOD (DMDC) and ARMY (TRADOC) already does what this place claims to do, which is nothing.

      Cons

      Don't make waves. Don't tell management the truth about the place. The current management has protected employees. Don't cross these employees - or you are the problem. You will never be able to redeem yourself.

      Pros

      You can do anything you want. No one is held accountable. You may be able to travel all over the States and the world at the Army’s expense. Director is seldom at work. The place is a great place if you want to get a decent salary without performing. I worked as both student intern, then full-time employee. Old-timers just say, always get someone else to do any real work.

      Cons

      If you’re a research psychologist, you will not be doing research. Research is contracted out. Psychologists do nothing more than collect data to send to contractors. Unless you can do nothing all day, and have other interests to bide your time, do not come here.
