      They do give you free snacks.

      Cons

      You will constantly be STRETCHING the truth and making it seem urgent. A lot of your customers will be elderly and a lot of them foreign. Everything you read about the company on the BBB is true. Realistic stories about if/when your car will break down.

      - Relaxed work environment - Not too much micro management - Opportunity to win weekly incentives - Free meal if you work weekend - Flexible time off - Training. Teaches sales techniques vs just learning the product. - Complimentary snacks

      Cons

      - Too many sales reps, not enough calls - They sell you on the ‘opportunity’ to make $200k with their veteran reps old commission earnings, which is impossible currently with the amount of reps and low call volume - Does not have a clear, concise report of commissions and record of chargebacks. You just have to pray it’s fair. - Inconsiderate of inclement weather conditions - Sales meetings are boring, no real recognition of salesmen accomplishments - No Spanish representatives - Does not observe some major holidays - Can easily be a work from home position
