High-pressure, high-volume environment with unrealistic expectations and intentional understaffing. Teams are consistently pushed beyond sustainable capacity, and concerns around workload and support are largely dismissed, often in favor of protecting leadership incentives. Output is prioritized over employee well-being, driving burnout and turnover. Work-life balance is not supported and may be penalized when boundaries are set. Compensation intentionally does not reflect workload demands, and favoritism in management is evident.

Corporate management is out of touch with reality, drove the 24 year practice into the ground, with permanent closure in 2025.
