Very few are making a descent living, training period is too short, the draw is awful, turnover is huge

None except a weekly paycheck.

Cons

They do not value their employees or their clients. Just get the money from clients, that's all they care about. They keep employees that have questionable backgrounds and criminal records. They allow certain employees to get away with more than others. Favoritism at it's finest. They over promise their employees, but do not deliver on those promises. Their benefits were also terrible.

Constant stolen commissions, zero support from management. Amazing that they pay you no base and still take commissions and give them to no producing senior reps. Get use to hearing FAMILY CULTURE. But understand it’s the MANSON FAMILY!!!
