US Fertility Reviews

I work in the "back office" of US Fertility and it is by far the most toxic environment I've worked in. For being a company that helps create families, they sure don't want you to spend time with yours. Meetings are scheduled in the evenings, weekend work is expected constantly, and you are expected to work during PTO. Managers are not clear on their expectations and there is no formal training, so good luck figuring everything out.

Too many. This organization doesn't just lack the experienced leadership, but the HR department needs guidance. This company lacks too much of what it needs to overcome its deficiencies. I have seen this happen before. I am reviewing from many different industries, and especially in start up work experiences.
