      Loved this place. They care about their employees and honestly was the best job I've ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone or is given the opportunity.

      Pros

      Fully remote, fully-employer paid health benefits, generous time off are all just examples of the amazing benefits of working at USGBC. Mission-based organization, impactful work, wonderful and passionate staff are also pros.

      Cons

      Constant changes, some of which are jarring and exclusionary. Management doesn't always support professional development goals if they mean a staff member will grow into a different department, despite HR constantly expressing this as a company value.
