Previous reviews were obviously ghost-written by paranoid/delusional "leadership"... That's just pathetic, and sad.
Pros
Decent benefits, and decent pay - both of which are in line with standard industry practice, and nothing exciting, excessive, or phenomenal. Only "pros" I could state are those which are marginal at best. Had to say something in this "pros" box/field (20 word minimum)...
Cons
Pitiful excuse of a completely untrustworthy company. Company is privately-held, so until "leadership" recuses themselves from this abyss, nothing will change. Boring work, on monotonous projects, with lifeless peers, on tedious dated legacy/archaic technologies, surrounded by multiple levels of unimaginative and uninspiring leadership, and at an overwhelmingly dull company. It's honestly sad how the previous positive reviews were so obviously written by paranoid, delusional, and dysfunctional "leadership", afraid of honest feedback provided non-attribution (via this website) from their current employees who are trying to make a difference and positively influence the future of the company, and who know they'd be fired if they provided candid honest feedback at work. This should tell you something about who you'd be working for... Everyone at the company is laughing at the "leadership" because everyone knows they ghost-wrote the previous positive reviews - it would be really very funny, if it weren't actually so very sad.
